Pricing & Details

  • Each event is different and there are many factors that go into selecting the correct restroom trailer. Please fill out the contact form with all your event details or call our office at 540.458.0047 and we will provide you with our recommendations.

  • Yes, we provide long-term luxury restroom trailers for event venues, homes, or businesses that might be undergoing a bathroom renovation or experiencing plumbing issues. There are cost savings in comparison to a one-off rental and we handle all the servicing to keep it easy for you.

  • Our rentals are very seasonal so we recommend reaching out when you begin considering dates. Generally, most rentals book six months to a year in advance, depending on the season.

  • Luxury restroom trailers are sometimes referred to as “potty trailers,” “bathroom trailers,” “portable toilets,” we’ve even overheard them called “the really nice bathrooms.” They differ from conventional chemical toilets in that they don’t have any smell, they are climate controlled, they have running water and flushing toilets. They are clean, a.k.a. no more worrying about your nice attire getting dirty when you go to the bathroom!

Venue & Location

  • Yes, all of our trailers require both water and power to function. Ideally, both would be available within 100’ of your desired trailer location. These can include a garden hose hookup and a minimum of a 20 amp power circuit. If these are not available, we can supply fresh water and provide a generator rental to meet your needs.

  • Nope! This is all included in your rental. All you need to provide is an on-site contact to meet us upon delivery to show us your desired installation location.

  • Absolutely! We are happy to meet you on location for a site visit. Depending on the scope of your rentals and the location, there can be an additional fee for this service.

  • We serve Lexington, Staunton, Roanoke, Lynchburg, Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, and the surrounding regions. We also deliver to venues outside these regions, please get in touch to discuss your needs.

Delivery & Setup

  • We will take care of the delivery, installation and setup so you can focus on enjoying your event! Our drivers are all equipped with late model 4×4 trucks and the experience to properly install your trailer while minimizing installation impacts to your property.

  • We will take care all cleaning and waste pumping as part of your rental fee. If you have an extended rental or heavy use, we can set up additional cleanings and waste pumping as needed.

  • All of our trailers are designed and maintained to provide stand alone reliable service for your guests. While an attendant is not necessary, many clients enjoy the added peace of mind that comes with having an on-site attendant. This individual will keep the trailer tidy throughout your event, while monitoring the trailer.

  • If you do not have power (one or two 20 amp circuits, depending) within 100’ of your restroom trailer location, you will likely need a generator.
